Main application:

Prepackaged magnesium anode can be used to protect most buried metallic structures in a range of soil resistivities. It suited for structures buried in soils with resistivities in excess of 2,000 ohm-cm or for structures containing numerous corrosion hot spots.Magnesium anodes are effective and economical corrosion fighters for protecting a variety of steel structures in salt, brackish and fresh water, including: Hulls of ships, barges, tugs and boats , Ballast tanks of ore carriers and similar vessels ,Bulkheads , Water storage tanks , Piers and pilings , Pipelines ,Heat exchangers , Travelling screens

2. Packaged Anodes are prepackaged in either cotton bags or cardboard cartons in low resistivity, quick wetting

3. Naked magnesium anodes are assembled with cable and the joints are sealed with epoxy resin, packed in cotton bag and filled with backfill.

4. Prepackaged magnesium anodes are buried under the ground, backfill of prepackaged magnesium anode will escape to the earth and ground water ,therefore any harmful element inside the backfill will not pollute the environment

5. This kind of magnesium anode are Made of recyclable materials or easily decomposable materials and the content of harmful elements in the backfill is lower than any safety standards
